Easy and undemanding! 

To keep your knitted clothes in good shape and with bright colors, follow these simple tips.

Hand or machine wash with approved wool detergent  in tepid water [approx. 30 ^oC (86 ^oF)].  
If you prefer, you may use dry cleaning. 
We recommend hand washing.  
Lay flat  to dry away from direct sunlight.  (For best results, first freeze the clothes for about 10 - 12 hours at a temperature of minus 2 - 3 ^oC ( 30 ^oF), then dry.)
Do not tumble dry.  
Ironing not necessary.   

 Small and unique collection!

We create unique garments, especially in cases of custom orders.  Thus, we keep a small, if at all,  selection in stock.  If we are out of stock at the moment of your order, we will knit the items specially for you.  

Various products take different time for implementation.   It will take 5 to 10 days to knit any of the accessories, 4 - 6 weeks to knit a set of sweater and accessories, and 6 - 8 weeks  for full-body suits.  We are kindly asking for your patience during the knitting process.   

Handmade Knitwear gives you a full guarantee for the quality of the goods.  If you, the client, are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products and claim either full refund of your shipping expenses or replacement of the product, whichever you prefer.  Returns will be accepted within 30 days of your receiving the products.

When replacement of a product is claimed, we will fix or modify the garment,  ship it back to you at our expense, and reimburse you for the return shipping.  We accept ONE  return for such modifications.  If after the modifications you are still unsatisfied, you may return the product at your expense or use it the way it is after paying for it.
